Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on federal and state transportation regulations.
- Assist with obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
- Develop compliance strategies and provide training to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in the transportation sector.
2. Contract Negotiation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate transportation and supply agreements.
- Ensure contracts protect clients’ interests and comply with relevant laws.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school or equivalent contract law experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
3. Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing for transportation defense litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research, manage case files, and draft legal documents.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
